Yes, I have fully unplugged the ASUS monitor and I still get the 2-3 second black screen with the LG monitor. Even experimented and switched to a HDMI 2.1 cable instead of a DP cable on the LG monitor just to swap the input and the problem persists. Not really sure if the input swap lightened the PSU load though. Thank you for the recommendation!.

In Windows, search for Command Prompt. In the search results, right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator. Then click Yes. Untill i read a somewhat same topic/problem on ASUS with someone mentioning the dumpfile from windows 10 causing issues and disabling the "fast startup" config in the bios. First disabled the one in the bios. No difference. (Cold boot needed a reset for windows to load). After that i disabled the sleepmode in windows and the problem is solved.
